Aspen/Snowmass is one of the most sophisticated ski destinations in the U.S. With four incredible mountains, upscale dining, lively nightlife, and a fun international vibe, it offers the perfect mix of world-class skiing and big-city energy.
Aspen is known for great terrain for every ability level. Beginners enjoy one of the best ski schools in the world, while intermediates and experts will find endless daily challenges.
Our hotel, The Stonebridge Inn, is a comfortable slopeside property with a gourmet restaurant and popular bar—an ideal home base for the week.

Who Joins Our Trips
If you’re new to our trips, here’s what you can expect: we typically host 30–50 guests, ages 40 to 65+, with an average age around 52 and a balanced mix of men and women. Skiers and riders range from first-timers to advanced, so you’ll always find a group that matches your pace and make new friends easily.

- 6 nights at the Stonebridge Inn– slopeside in Snowmass

Sunday – Arrival Day
Location: Stonebridge Inn
Arrive Aspen Airport before 5:00 PM if possible for baggage claim and transfer.
Evening – Welcome Orientation & Included Dinner
Fresh Pasta Bar Chef Station served at the hotel.
Monday – Snowmass Mountain Day
Location: Snowmass
7:00–9:00 AM – Breakfast buffet (hotel restaurant)
9:00 AM – Rent or pick up pre-ordered skis at Snowmass Mall
10:30 AM – Mountain tour hosted by resort staff
12:30 PM – Group lunch at Elk Camp Restaurant
4:00 PM – Happy Hour at the hotel bar (cash bar)
7:00 PM – Buffet dinner in the Columbine Room (included)
Tuesday – Highlands / Buttermilk Day
Location: Aspen Highlands or Buttermilk
7:00–9:00 AM – Breakfast buffet
9:00 AM – Direct shuttle bus to Highlands or Buttermilk
10:30 AM or 1:00 PM – Guided mountain tours
12:30 PM – Group lunches:
• Highlands: Merry-Go-Round
• Buttermilk: Base Lodge
3:30 PM – Direct bus returns to hotel
4:00 PM – Happy Hour at the Snowmass slopeside bar (cash bar)
6:45 PM – Meet in lobby for dinner (included) 7:00–9:00 AM – Breakfast buffet Take the day to relax, explore Aspen, or ski another mountain. Our Hotel The Stonebridge is located 50 yards from the Village Express chair lift and 2 blocks from the main Snowmass Village, this lodge-style hotel has a heated, 60-foot outdoor pool with 2 spa tubs. An exercise room with a universal gym, elliptical trainer, stationary bike, and treadmill. Private ski storage is provided, and overnight ski tuning is available (surcharge).
A computer is located in the lobby, and complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel, bar, and guest rooms. Extras Include: Outdoor heated pool, spa tubs, free wireless, airport pickup, newspapers in lobby, fitness gym, 7 floors with elevators, gourmet restaurant on site.

Transportation
Travel Planning:
Arrival Time: Try to book your flights so you have enough time to arrive early enough on Sunday to attend our orientation/pizza party which starts at 7pm. This is a great way to meet the group and hear about all our activities.
Transportation to Aspen: Option #1
Fly directly into Aspen Airport which is about 15 minutes from our hotel. Just call the hotel upon arrival for a free pickup.
